Forte Rx Compounding Pharmacy is owned and operated by Dr. Haleh Khatami Pharm.D., R.Ph. Haleh is an experienced clinical pharmacist who is recognized as a leading expert in ENT and Allergy, Biotoxin Illness, Dermatology, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, CIRS, Lyme Disease and Hormone Replacement Therapy. Haleh is an expert in compounding and clinical consultations and is trusted by key licensed physicians nationwide. Prior to launching Forte Rx, Haleh worked with ASL Pharmacy, Sinus Dynamics Pharmacy, and TAG Pharmacy as a leading clinical pharmacist.
